JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing support for the smooth operation of the patient treatment areas.  Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing treatment rooms and gym for patient care, ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and linen, and monitoring equipment functions along with cleaning equipment and tools on a regular basis.   Requires the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EQUIPMENT COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent. 

 

EXPERIENCE

Prefer one year experience working in a Rehabilitation clinic providing support to the therapists.
