Olympic Medical Center is recruiting an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to work at their award-winning facility in Port Angeles, WA.

About the Practice 

  • Provides direct care, oversight of assigned outpatient wound care, and education
  • Collaborates with members of nursing staff, allied health professionals, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, Home Health, patients and families to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound, skin and ostomy care for inpatients and outpatients at OMC  
  • Recommends or orders clinical care in collaboration with patient’s primary provider or attending physician
  • May collaborate by referral with physicians and staff at nursing homes and non-OMC facilities such as provider offices
  • Acts as a clinical and educational resource for wound, skin, and ostomy clinical and educational needs

The ideal candidate is a graduate of accredited Wound, Ostomy and Continence nursing education, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills required; experience with Epic EHR a plus; dedication to compassionate, high-quality care essential. OMC offers a full benefits package including malpractice insurance and 401(k) plan
